Accessible Garrison Tavern/Inn dungeon quests at 10?

The only one I ever get is Ogre Ancestry. I know there's a Shadowmoon Burial Grounds quest (Whispers in the Darkness but I never get offered that. The Wowhead comments mention nothing about the prerequisites (eg certain level, certain follower, progress in the campaign).

Anyone else get anything other than Ogre Ancestry at 10?

nvm im stupid, you only get one faction-specific quest at 10 (slave mines one as horde and burial grounds one as alliance)
