About the gear and twinking.

I got a few questions i need to be answered.

1) What is the bracket with most difference between normal players and twinks? (this means the character's power)
2) It is better Item Level or Versatility? If it is item level, doesn't matter to replace plate pieces of gear on my warrior by cloth cos it has higher IL? can anyone explain detailed how the new system works?
3) I've realized that stats don't change when replacing an item by one with close IL, but versatility always raise up, isn't a good idea making a twink full versatility?
4) What about a lvl 69 twink with every piece with 3 gem slot? (those which drop in TBC dungeons)B It ain't overpowered?


And yes, i love twinking cos im a vaniller player and i love to put effort in a character to be powerful as it was back in the old days, but i need to know deeply how the current system works and what things are interesting to do

Why dont you just roll a 10 disc priest like everyone else?

69s are great, most fun I had since 7.0 hit (and fairly balanced). gems are useless tho, go for ilvl gear, wrath starting zones give some and then use engi to get googles and trinkets

Ok now i know why the answer. Bracket 10 is totally horrible, just lvl 10 dPriest killing u in 2 seconds spamming smite. Ill stand in 20-29 or either try 60-69
