Use what I'm using for a while now in order to find your partner (disclaimer: events occuring from meeting are not my responsibility).
The magic addon:
Oqueue
You can host games for arena specifiqly for a certain bracket (if there isn't any host for it up yet).
Users kan apply for a party-join and you as host can invite those queue'd players.
Its a really fast and effective way... the only thing that the addon is lacking is more USERS. Currently it has around 10k+ users on both sides (horde/alli).
I hope I made the twink community aware of this neat addon which will bring back life in alot of you twinkers!
