The Rain guild is recruiting! Now I know what you’re thinking, the 99 bracket is dead. It’s true a lot of people have left, but it’s still really fun! We regularly do 2-3x leveler’s damage, 1vXs, the whole shabang we did in legion. The queues on ally are usually < 5 minutes, with it turning to around 10-15 at the very late / early morning hours. Gearing up is simple, and we’ll help get ya into fighting shape. Post in this thread if you’re interested / have any questions, or whisper Yé-Stormscale in-game.

The DKs looking good! The legion set you're rocking is a solid gear set to use. I think using some mythic SoO gear would be a nice improvement though. IMO the gems and enchants you can put on the SoO stuff just make them more valuable. Could also take a look at getting some new trinkets haha.


But come on down! That'd be awesome if ya decided to transfer.

Ran into some of your guys yesterday. GG. Would be willing to xfer but would you rather have horde healers to fight against?

you guys might want to check this out .. some drops from the crate (winning crate) actually have working set bonus activated .. i am not sure why .. i tested out a 2 piece set a week+ ago on a DK, i been trying to find the same type of gears that drop for other classes like hunter and pally .. but they were grey out .. it is strange .. so do not throw away all your winning crate drops .. take a look if they are working, need more people to check why some are working and most are not

also, i believe with the ilvl gone, the best gears are no longer the ilvl151s .. might be all the under ilvl136 socketed gears that can be enchanted

What crate drops are you talking about? I've gotten a ton of bg crate gear and I don't think it's ever been part of a set.

But yeah imo the SoO gear gemmed + enchanted is BiS.

i just checked wowhead .. the set is Warmongering Combatant's Dreadplate (WOD season 3) .. seems like only the DK set is active .. all other classes set bonus are legacy .. and it is not for lvl99 .. it starts at lvl100 .. so pls ignore that post of mine
 
Got a 99 dwarf I may try and gear up before patch.
