Ok so .... maybe its time for a new vid.

What I need:
1. Some kind of "raid boss"/elite that F2Ps can fight for a good 2 minutes+
2. About 20 of you lovely F2P folks from Aerie Peak Horde
3. Then I'm gonna make a vid

I was thinking Yeti-lord but I think 20 of us would kill him real fast

so.... does anybody have suggestions? We might need a higher lv to tank for us...i dunno

anyway SWAGPURSE OUT.

Not sure exactly what you're planning here, but worst case scenario you could fight against an either naked or unarmed high level that autoattacks and intermittently uses abilities. A size-increased Worgen could potentially do the trick. I found a lot of info about size effects here: How to be Bigger: a Guide to Growth - WoW Help - Wowhead Forums.

In terms of regular mobs, maybe Boglash - NPC - World of Warcraft? That area tends to be relatively clear, wouldn't be too hard for an 85 to keep others off you. A rare mob in Outland would probably be best, but it may be hard logistically getting everyone together for it/dealing with people passing through with NPCScan. Oh! or the Gronn that you need for the last Wanted quest in Nagrand, he's been nerfed a ton to be soloable by people leveling through there, may be a good one.
 
What I'm going for is like a parody of all those "top guild" endgame raid POV videos, you know what I mean? And then add in some "epic editing" to make it look like OMG IT'S A ENDGAME RAID FIGHT !!!!!!!! WOW, SUCH SKILL AND MECHANICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like watching the mage's perspective for 5 minutes while the 25-man guild group fights Deathwing or whatever, but in our case it'll be Swagpurse's perspective for 2 minutes-ish while our F2P entourage fights on Gamon or something or rather

And of course we'll include the classic "boss down" screenshot where everybody lines up....

So this vid is actually gonna serve 2 purposes:
1) To get us all together (hopefully a lot of older players/veterans will join) and have fun with an event
2) To serve as "promotion" material for F2P I guess, that should appeal to the wider WoW community since endgame raid PoVs are pretty prominent and use a pretty generic editing format, I'm gonna edit it in such a way that it'll appear to be an endgame raiding vid :)

How about the Dragon at Greenwarden's Grove in the Wetlands, I'm sure a full group of FTP's could take him down with skill. You might even try the Dragons on the hill just east on Vermillion Redoubt. This sounds like an awesome idea.

I think the Yeti Lord is a good idea - you'll get some great footage of people being punted.

Do you have a planned date/time/faction?

I want it to be something that a good 15+ of us can do at the same time though (just to increase the scale and make it a bit more "epic"), RFC will only fit 5 of us in there...

No planned date yet, it will most likely be AP Horde since that's where most of us are.
