It has been a while since ive been here, but I am back, looking for retail twinking content. I am thinking of making evokers/demon hunters.
Which bracket has active BG queue pops?

Only active brackets are 20-29 and level 70 xpack locked, meaning you play on a account that does not have The War Within, and therefor can't level above 70.

@Conzil Can you help me with a gear guide for evoker/DH? For level 29

You can check if the 29s armory list has any evoker / dh but I doubt it, no one wants to publicly admit to playing 29 so they dont submit.

You can also check the lvl 20 armory thread that has a lot of chars, take some inspiration, but you got a few other dungs to get gear from so might not wanna fully copy.
