A level 1 guild branch-off on Anvilmar (Could use some tips)

So, I made a level 1 twink a while ago on Anvilmar as just a side project to have. A few random people I've met wanted to make a level 1 after seeing me, so we have our own little tiny community of 10~ level 1s atm. This has inspired me to make an un-official branch (I recommend everyone here goes to Vek'linash) on Anvilmar, which brings up the question : What should I do for the guild? Raids to look for, things to farm (consumables), ways to get others from the server interested etc.

I've PvPd on a level 1 for a while, but I've never been on one of the big servers to be in a decent guild to have something setup like this for PvE, so just looking for tips on how to run this thing over here. Thanks!

Help people twink, have things like gear, enchants, help pots, and scrolls in the guild bank. Doing guild activities like raids to hogger, jorb, or anything like that will keep people more active. It's hard to find people who will actively play a level one so you just got to be patient.
