If i would make a horde to twink with. Would i regret myself? With queues and people to play with...

Not really. Queue times after 6.2 are better than i expected. Stayed the same, around 15min at prime time. So it's fine. And there are still enough people to play with. A lot level 90s though, not so much 99s.
