85 prot warrior RG, resil or stam gemming??

hey all ive got an 85 prot warrior. im having trouble deciding what gemming to go, would resil or stam gems better suit me?

resil = less damage taken
stam = bigger second wind heals and more health

What do you prefer?

if u got jc i think the stam gems gives most..
other than that i dont really know, havent played prot that mutch.
