81/83 Twink

I was just wondering if it would be at all possible to make a twink out of these two characters I have laying around



81 Pally

83 Rogue



I have no idea how general stats and mastery scales at this level or what gear to aim for.



any insight would be helpful

Yeah do that, its good on paper and i am too lazy to do it myself, but i rly wona see that one in action.
