If anyone was planning to twink at 80 I found some interesting features you can prepare for with minimal time/gold investment. Might be fixed once patch drops but I figured it's worth mentioning. I'll add to this list if I find other neat interactions.
1. Belt Buckles from Wrath, Cata or MoP can be used on high level belts in addition to the Astral Jewler's Setting bought in Dornogol. I specifically added the Jeweler's Setting on 11.2.7 live. Unsure if adding both after the prepatch will work. The on-use effect on the belt isn't anything new.
This could be particularly useful if gem effects like Enduring Heliotrope stack with their TWW counterparts.
2. Certain enchantments like Enchant Boots - Minor Speed and Shadowed Belt Clasp can be applied to high level gear. I tested this on Algari Competitor pieces, base ilvl 662/113 that scale to 730/170. I'll add a more comprehensive list of what enchantments work in a bit.
