70 Rogue Spec

I have a quick question about a rogue i'm making.



Considering i'll have low access to pve gear starting out.



What spec am I best going.



Keep in mind I'll be in mostly full brutal/honor offpieces.

You can take some of out HAT and put them in Nightstalker/Initiative which is what I see some rogues with.
