70 Mage (PvP) - Rate/Criticise my latest twink!

I've recently finished gearing my lvl 70 Mage; I'm looking for some opinions.

A couple of points:
-I'm soft-capped on haste.
-I'm crit capped for Shatters.

Lose Loop of Forged Power for Band of the Eternal Sage - Item - World of Warcraft as your already 2.8% over the hit cap. Then you can remove 1/2 Crit gems for Stam/Haste.

Probably wouldn't go with Shifting Naaru Silver as anyone with a brain can counter it (LoS, Range, Knockback). Maybe the JC one or maybe even Serpent-Coil Braid - Item - World of Warcraft if you think you can replace more hit.

Edit - mate a bug but you seem to be missing a tinker.
