you gain 5% agility via mail specialization as well as nearly 1% crit at the loss of an insignificant amount of hit rating (you stay over the hit cap, which is all that matters imo)
switch the titanium weapon chain to another +65 AP (for pve purposes)
you forgot a scope on the bow, so add a +40 crit scope.
edit: you also have JC as a profession, but dont use any of the JC gems.

depends on if you roll with others or not. i play a Holy Pally and one of my friends recently transferred his hunter to my realm to play with me and a bunch of others. He rolls full PvE gear and tells me to be on top of my shit.
the BG consists of me spamming my ass off to keep him up, and him one shotting people.
It really comes down to whether or not you have a healer if you're running that set in PvP. For PvE purposes I would run with that set no matter what.
