if u ask frost/blood and have 3 chardevs with 917, 890, and 651 resi. thats blood.

    Blood if your bad/FC.
Frost if your good and wanna do more dmg.

if u do a gear setup for dps(frost) ull prolly have max 450 and with that play with a healer. (arena)
If u go Blood FC ull go 700 resi and then full stamina.(Rbg)
if u duel in durotar as blood cause u think frost is "impossible" socket spirit or something :)

it comes down to what u wanna do where u wanna do it.

    Oh my, oh my.

This guy doesn't appear to be looking to be told which set of gear he owns belongs to what spec, or how to play overall, or anything on the topic, it would seem is he looking for others to do RBGS with.

    Frost if your good

I was about to post something similar. Apart from things such as positioning and other general concerns that apply to every class and spec in PVP, Frost DK's have almost nothing to concern themselves with after the death rune change. I would argue it has the lowest skill cap of any spec in PVP.

any magespec and blood have a lower skillcap

Allow me to explain what "skill cap" means.

You don't have to be very good to do well with a rogue, but that doesn't mean the skill cap is low. Rogues have had the highest skill cap of any class throughout large parts of the game - and for most of the game, it hasn't been very hard to do well with a rogue in PVP. Skill cap means the potential impact skill can make on your performance, not how well you have to play to win.

Similarly, it is extremely easy to wreck other people as a mage at 70. In fact, if you were legitimately stuck at 1700 in 2v2 @ 85 - if you had managed to reach that - you would have no trouble reaching 2200 with a good W/L as mage priest or double mage in this bracket. That should give an impression of how easy it is to do well with a mage. That doesn't mean, however, that good mages can't separate themselves from bad mages. In fact, mages have a skill cap significantly higher than other specs which are a lot less stronger than them.

The difference between a bad Frost DK and a good Frost DK is not nearly as big as, say, the difference between a bad rogue and a good rogue. I would agree with you that the skill cap for Blood DK's is about the same as for Frost, but disagree with what you said about Mages though.

ye, i agree. but there is obviously a reason why all bads reroll fotm. (cus shit is easy to play decently)

Ye because this game gets easier and easier with time and nowdays there isn't a single class hard to play, but there are still classes hard to master. Mages is still one of the class with resonably high skillcap.
Justhealme's post was pretty good, explains it well
