70-74 and 75-79

just getting into this bracket with a new toon. either of these brackets active with xp off?

70-74 for sure, Large arena community and BGs pop usually all the time.

I wouldn't say so. It's not that popular. I would also recommend staying 70. You get a lot more bonuses e.g - More resilience etc.



Plus people will have more respect for you playing 70, Than 71-74...
