60 or 61 for BDK solo PVE? or even 59??

If my account age didn't make it really obvious I'm new to this. I've been having fun soloing parts of BRD, and I think I'm gonna level lock somewhere in the 59-61 range and finish it, and probably some other classic dungeons besides for funsies. I know 10/11 is the main solo dungeon bracket but I like all the utility I have as DK in the later levels, and I'm after more of a challenge anyways. That being said, which would be best? Best in this case means most interesting, so if gearing after 60 is less fun than gearing for 59 I'd prefer the latter, or whichever the most fun option is.

60s are in a weird spot right now because the Shadowlands raid loot is still broken and never had its ilvl updated. Technically speaking timewalking raid loot should be BIS for any of the levels you mentioned, but it takes an unreasonably long time to gear that way. For pure PVE power I would recommend 61 and just buying the 357 ilvl boes, you can even find them with sockets and terts. They are much better than the dungeon loot you can get.

If you don't consider just buying boe greens on the AH interesting than I suppose you'll probably just be farming BC dungeons for socketed gear, I don't think there is much that changes between those levels as far as farming gear yourself. Just know you will be taking a significant power penalty for passing on the boes. I would probably still go 61 in case you change your mind, or at least 60 so you can do Shadowlands stuff if you ever want to (especially if they ever fix the raid loot).

Honestly BoE's are fine, "interesting" was a very loose qualifier just so people didn't try to guess what I meant by "best". 61 sounds like a pretty nice definitive answer. The only comment I found that really mentioned this range for pve says 61 as well so I appreciate that being backed up.
