Howdy ! I took a few days to make sure that I wasn't buggy and run it on all my 60s. I found out The Blood Furnace is available to be run on Heroic difficulty as a lvl 60 twink.I Did it dualboxing with a high lvl an got into the instance on my 60 first without checking my HL character had default Heroic dungeon difficulty ticked.
In there your lvl 60 won't be able to loot bosses except the quests items (quest are available in heroic difficulty on the lvl 60 with appropriate reputation gains), and trashs mobs will loot stuff scaled to pre 7.3.5 which means greenies lvl 61-63 av iLvL of 90+.
You will be able to gain reputation even by waiting at the top of the stairs at the instance start.
I tried to run other new dungeons from BC or WoTLK on heroic difficulty but it will always say You must be lvl X to enter this dungeon in heroic difficulty.
I guess its a bug, kinda enjoyable but not extraordinary.

What's great about it is that you can up your Sporeggar reputation faster than farming the Zangarmash cave zone especially on Highly Populated or PvP realms.
All Sanguine Hibiscus in the dungeon are lootable, just make sure you take them on the character you want if you run it with other toons cause it won't be lootable for everyone such as for ores.
Bosses will drop level 61 stuff, looting it on a lvl 60 character will add the appearance to your collection anyways. Great for some of the T2 recolor parts
