That's not true, Primary stat is very important for alot of classes atm, and the primary stat is the lowest stat on those rings. Unless they scale extremely high, they wont be bis for alot of characters.

nope the strength one isnt but the intellect one is good for fire mage.

I'll use the topic to ask how to obtain boa rings, I've heard one of them is a garrison quest. Can you confirm all are obtained that way?

BoA Rings are obtained through Shipyard Missions. I have not heard about them being obtained through a quest.

AFAIK no one has obtained a ring yet.

Yes, I believe they are all obtained through the shipyard. Which will make it tough on starter accounts. They may be even be gated behind reputation. As some of the ships you obtain are gated behind the new reputation.

Check your heirloom tab on whatever level you need to check the scaling. They're op though don't worry
