^My twink when I still played. Bracers could be upgraded, and enchants to Wrath status, and use Perfectly Blanced Cape (Mine just wasn't equipped when I logged off for the last time), and upgrade to a Bloodied Arcanite Reaper and you're pretty good to go. Sub Soldier Jewelry for the Beast ones that I have if you prefer the extra crit to the extra dodge (it's not much more crit; like .5-6% total and 1.6% less dodge plus a few points of armor)
I havn't looked at the other two guy's armories lately, but I believe Retnub was pretty damn geared.
I still think Crusader is your best bet for weapon 'chant. I see people using Savagery, but Crusader is nearly 3x the ap AND a heal, and at 59 it procs pretty much every fight. Plus it works on Heirloom items, so it's really your only bet if you got your hands on one
*edit* disregard the belt buckle comment, I just found out it has to be a BoE because the BS has to have the belt in his inventory to apply the buckle.
If you're really hardcore, grind Zandalar rep to exalted, get Freethinker bracers/belt, toss a blacksmithing belt buckle on the belt, put an Wrath gem in it, and toss a Wrath enchant on the bracers. I'd say put +30ap from Zandalar on shoulders, 40stam on bracers, and some DPS gem in the belt (hit/crit, expertise, str, whatever)
10stats/chest, Icewalker/boots, Flexweave underlay or 22agi/cape, and go gib those DK's

Goblin Rocket Launcher to swap with HoJ and Titanic Leggings+Nethercobra to swap with Darkcrest leggings, depending on needs. Also maybe use Bandit instead of Beast jewelery- the bandit has 1 more AP per if you're not using Divine Strength, however the str comes in handy if you ever swap to sword+board (but then, 5% chance to block is kinda Meh. Beast would be beast if you were Prot, which might actually work these days... I dunno.)
Note that the site doesn't have Heirloom info in yet, and the talent calculators are a bit wonky, plus the +10/10 gems arn't in yet (in the belt)
*EDIT* Just found out about Chardev. Everything's still not working there yet either, but most of it does, and it seems to calculate stats better

Note that that link does have almost all the self-buffs (including Crusader proc and Trinket use) buffs on, although the sporefish doesn't work (20stam 8mp/5) and neither do elementium sharpening stones (28 crit rating). Factor in full Vengeance for another 9% damage as well(The vengeance on there is only 1 stack for 3%, and I put it on to represent Improved ret aura's buff) if you've been rolling along for a while, and the 3% more crit on judged targets (so, everything you're hitting) and you're looking at a pure beast. Plus the 3% more from Crusade that doesn't get auto-calc'd in.
yeah, I want to play WoW again just to try it out. Too bad it'd take me months to get the BAR.
