450 herb

havent twinked in forever, just want to get a few things about professions straight real quick before i panic



if i get 350 herbalism and train the highest rank of herbalism before the patch (whatever its called) will i be able to still get 450 after the patch hits?



can the 450 hot be used on low lvl toons on the ptr?



are there any tricks to getting from 200-350 herb? im thinking areas to farm herbs with mostly nonhostile mobs



any other information that may help me

Yes.

can the 450 hot be used on low lvl toons on the ptr?

You can only use the HoT on yourself. You can't use it on other people. I'll let other people who know better answer questions about how to level the prof.

you can farm the blindweed in swamp of sorrows from 225-300. there's a ton of it. for 300-350 i ran an arc going along the bottom mountains, up through cenarion/swamprat, around dead mire, and along the north mountains

Another option for 225-300 would be gromsblood in southern desolace...mannoroc coven I think, the place with all the demons. Not quite sure about 300-375, but drayner just posted this.
