4.3 - Druid FCs v Pally/Warr FCs

Heya, with the upcoming change to a Druid's Bear Form increasing armor contribution from cloth/leather to 120%, how will they fare against Paladin and Warrior flag carriers, more notably Paladin FCs as they pull ahead with self healing when comapred to a warrior.



With Druids mobility being by far the best of the two, with this buff will they be on the same level as a Paladin FC in the Gulch? And in terms of a premade, is there any hope on teams investing in a Druid FC or will the 5stack debuff make them inviable as there mobility is no longer?



Thanks all, hope to hear some feedback from experienced FCs and premading guilds on what they'll be rolling with.

They lack many offensive capabilities while in bear form.

Prot paladin: avenger's shield, WoG, flash of light > regrowth and can be cast with "armor" on

Holy Paladin: Heal, heal, stun, heal... with "armor" on

Fury Warrior: PH, i guess (ehh, dunno actually since I never faced a real war FC yet)

Prot warrior: Melee purge, aoe rend, HS dump (read above comment)

This is true.... When we lost natures grasp we lost most ways of getting rid of melee and we jsut dont heal enough like a pally an lack of armor an dodge etc

Sure its something, but holy fuck no way is it better than a pally FC.

i think pally's will still be more reliable whily druids will be better in midfield getting the flag to their base

don't forget cheetah then to bear... thats the main drawpoint i think. speed and tank.

In a pug without a single healer on D, then

Paladin>Druid>Warrior



But if you got healers to keep you up and just want to take as little damage as possible, then

Warrior>Paladin>Druid

It definitely makes us a lot more viable in a premade setting. It really just comes down to personal skill.

druid will still fall way behind once debuff hits, can't exactly do much to support your team while in bear form

I do miss NG on my druid, and I wish it would come back.



Just reintroducing that ability to 19 druids would really aid in restoring them to their formal glory once debuff starts stacking.

I was asked to premade on two different occasions for WT (fc and boomkin), declined, and I chose to continue to raid and put out my world #1 parses.

Druids could be much better at fc'n after that armor thing, but as said before Pally's without healers on d and Warriors with healers on D. But I've never been a fan of druid fc's. Mostly because if a druid is fc'n then I'm on D healing and they almost always los/range heals.
