MMO-Champion - Patch 4.0.6 deployed on PTRs



notable things:

Chastise is now a 30 sec cd.

Survival talent perk is now +10% agility, down from 15%

Power Word: Shield now scales from 87% of spell power, up from 41.8%. Base absorb increased by 110%, from 3906 to 8136. Now costs 25% of base mana, up from 19% of base mana.

Kill Command now scales from 51.6% of Ranged Attack Power, up from 43%.

Lots of significant changes there, i recommend everyone take a look as soon as possible.

fort costs a lot less mana too. i am happy. and it looks like PW: Shield is getting a nice Buff. Maybe Disc is not so bad after all.



Drain Mana has been removed. ahhhh. I use it a lot in PvP (yes i do on almost OOM healers)



They didn't even touch shamans at all.
