39 Twinks

Hey I have a 39 warrior twink i'm looking to transfer, he still has the "Grunt" tittle from vanilla Wow so I don't really want to delete him and remake a new one.
I'm wondering if there are any active level 39 twink guilds. If so can you let me know what US server would be best for a 39 Twink?
