Thank you to everyone who showed up to play WSG today. Games started popping at around 6 PM as planned. It quickly became apparent that Horde was the dominant faction. There were a few reasons for this and I will quickly cover them below:

-Alliance desperately needs a solid FC. Patt did a good job FCing for the Horde. I tried to FC for a while (I literally leveled my druid to 39 today in the event that Alliance would need an FC) but I think I can benefit my team better on rogue.

-Alliance is really lacking healers. Horde usually had a diverse healing comp (Priest, Resto Shaman, HPala) while Alliance had 2 Priests at best.

-I saw a lot of Alliance players come into the game without Gift Enchants. While I understand that funding can be difficult, it would be to everyone's benefit to be fully enchanted.

That being said, I hope we can have some more games in the future. Lets try and get some more balanced games going in the upcoming weeks.

Its hard to have a competitive game without an fc.

Alliance had plenty resto druids, but not many would even go near the flag, much less carry it.

Hands down best games were where there was some sort of flag carrier for the alliance, but even without it was cool to get in and play some games, see a lot of people come back to such an interesting bracket.

Hope to get at least 1 que day a week (wednesday!) and keep it rolling, 39s are incredible fun and I would encourage anyone looking for some fun and competition to come out (just enchant yourself please).

Awesome job getting the ball rolling on this Moran, had a ton of fun and I've missed playing around in 39s. Hope to keep it going!
 
May have a few more show up over time. As well as if it not on a holiday. And we do not have to play just WSG. It is stale. We have many more options now. Even more so at 39. It is just a matter getting more players. Not everyone is a WSG fanatic.
When posting the starting time, whomever is stating it needs to indicate what time zone. That way it is clear. We have players queuing from across several time zones and some had idea what time the queues were starting 6:00 could have been anywhere from 6-9. And that is just in the continental US. We have people from Australia, EU and SA play with us.

Getting Autohawt there, still need some enchants and other pieces of gear (and to go resto and change glyphs/talents : P) but he will do for now. With the health increasing things up I had 16k in a bg. Hoping we pick a different day, I know ally needs an FC, but based on the poll seems we are sticking with Friday so I'll be out this next one.

Hope games go well! Very happy with the games I got in on Friday, looking forward to FCing more : )
