39 Lock

Oh, and I'd like to play some BG's again (for lvl 39's ofc), any suggested realms/battlegroups?

Get a pvp trinket and some stm gear and you will do fine. Alakir horde or Draenor ally. Btw Welcome.

Your Gear is rather poor, there are many improvements you can get, and as there is disabled EP-Gain, it should not be any problem (Revelosh is some annoying farming, though).

Talents are fine, exept that I would take Surpression (the hit one) over improved Life Tap, as Hit never hurts.
