It's a start and can get you playing in the bracket. Most of your gear will need to be replaced though as better options are available to you now.
For example: Your Int should be north of ~270. You definitely want to find more Vers as well (at least 15%, imo). Maraudon has the Blade of Eternal Darkness to replace your staff and you can find a good BOE offhand on the AH. Dire Maul also has some good trinkets available too.
