EU 30-39 bg xp-ON activity hours

As I leveled my twink out of the 20-29 bracket and want to continue to level by BGs. I was wondering when the active hrs for this brackets are. I've been now for a couple of days but BGs wont pop during the week. At least not at the hrs that I tried.

So which hrs can I expect Games to pop? If you even have the Knowledge of the following Brackets (40-49, 50-59 etc) Id be interested in that information aswell.

After patch 8.1.5 i haver had issues too with bg pops ( with exp on ). The issue seems to be if you lvl a char that have been a twink, and now have xp on, sometimes it bugs you like if you have xp off still... Reload the bg queue, and sign up again - then it works again.
