3 int 1v shoulder enchant

Can anyone confirm that Greater Inscription of the Crag is 3 int 1v in bg? Or is it some other shoulder chant? I had a shoulder chant applied a while back (it was Crag if i remember correctly) and it doesnt scale up to 3/1 in bg. Maybe I got the wrong one? Also does the alliance/horde version make a difference?

I know the tooltip says 3/1 when linked in game, but I want an actual confirmation before I get it attached to BiS shoulders. Ty

Whatever chant I have on this guy, it's 2/1 in bg, doesn't scale up for some reason.

Wowhead has the Greater scaling up to 3int but the normal staying at 2int when you set the level to 29 so you probably used the normal version instead of the greater
