+3% Hit on Paladin talent

Is this Talent worth it? Especially over the alternative of +6% armor, strength, or intellect? And would certain enchants pair better with this talent build?

Yes. 3% hit is the highest dps increase to pallys at 19. If you are purely FC you could think about armor or int for more mana, but if you are swapping sets or filling roles wherever I think redoubt, 3 hit and 2 blessing of freedom is the way to go.
