+3/3 stats bracers?

I noticed one of the enchants I got required lvl 25 to benefit from. Any that don't?

edit: gonna test BGs if I scale up in 20-29 bracket

Yeah I tryed this today tbh I had to go with the 2 stats myself.

Did you check it in BGs? I haven't gotten a chance to test it yet, but it might work when you get scaled up.

idk why I said that. Must have been thinking backwards. I had tested it too and it didnt.

I did the 2 stats bracers just fine for 20's just not the 3 stats because it requires you being lvl 25 sadly. D;
