Hemo as a Dagger rogue is fail.
Relentless Strikes is necessary because lets say you open on a target:
Premed --> Ambush --> 5 Point Evis/ks
Kidney shot would cost no energy and eviscerate would only cost 10, leaving you with more energy for your next rotation!

waylay can be fun, but when i got ambush/evis i just go 0/0/40. hemo can be decent for a filler pt, but SS hits harder with a dagger imo. and i dont worry too much about afterwards b/c if you cant 2 shot em something is wrong, and i dont like to monkey around with weapon swap macros...im there for 1 thing and 1 thing only, and thats a 2 shot.
