2min Huge spell strength debuff available in pve and pvp

Hey guys, I have a debuff that can be used for pve and pvp that is worth sharing with you. Given that it might make casters stronger rather than hunters, I guess I can share with you this huge buff called debuff.
1. In the eversongwoods, there are some wandering "manawraiths" in the upper left corner of the map.

2. When you kill them, the area wil showing with arcane residuel, which will give you a debuff called "arcane residuel" that lasts for 2min.
3. this debuff will give your character 320 points of spellstrength at level 11.

4. Sometimes it shows that it only provides 29 Spell Strength, and for times when I'm in the Battle for Azeroth, the actual value of Spell Strength that shows as 29 is still 320.
5. Since it's a debuff, you can bring it into any non-rated pvp or pve, ah, and it probably won't seriously disrupt game balance, enjoy it

Nice find. Looks like this has been active for a few months already. Looks like it might be pretty good for the 10-19s PVP bracket, 10s/11s are already strong enough in PVE. There's a 1 minute shield too from Island Expeditions that I think that still works, haven't tested it recently tho.

This works in Chromie/Non-Chromie time. Funny thing is, I actually saw a leveler get one-shot by these mobs because of the debuff haha

Just need you to get to where the mobs are, ah, I guess alliance has a longer detour to make

Omw now to double check. I was told only Belf, so I put it as such in the 10s guide.

10 minute flight from SW and then a walk from Zul'aman

This is so cool, I didn't realize it had been posted before. It can be used by races other than blood elves, that I confirmed it with "Moonfire" from the druids, Hats off to the honorable work you've done before!

this has been available for a really long time, every since they did the level squish. I remember dying because of it a while ago while lvling a new toon. I didnt realize you could enter instanced content with it though thats pretty based. Just be careful it also increases magic damage taken by a lot as well lads.
