Not sure if it's been in the Level 1-9 twinking section before, but just made a discovery worth mentioning anyway: If you combine 10x Apexis shards with a Depleted Crystal Focus you get a Charged Crystal Focus = 2k instant heals. The Crystal focus has no level requirement.
Everything can be farmed in Blades Edge with the help from a higher level character.
Didn't check if it stacks with health potion and Lifeblood or the cooldowns yet, but needless to say - it's pretty darned useful in a lot of situation.
