if 29 bracket is like 19s, just a bow no gear needed you'll be fine

Yea my 39 Hunter was never updated after the Focus change and subsequently also does not have proper chants/spec/gear that would bring those numbers up like they did for my 29.

Wow. Hunter hate much? I do play other characters, and if you look at the second link in my sig, you will see that I also have a shaman, although she still needs a lot of work.
I guess i'll just have to go with what i've been able to work out for myself, then again...maybe I should get my shaman to 29....nah, healers get no respect.

I don't pvp with my 85 Hunter, or my warlock just like I don't take my warrior, dk or mage into bg's I take my hunters into low level bg's and my healers into higher level ones because that's what I choose to do, not because it's FOTM...

If you wouldn't like FOTM, you wouldn't play Hunter. Simple as that. It's the whole idea of rolling a new Hunter just to rape everyone and anyone. Since that's what I get from your idea.

Ah, now I understand a few things. How about you put your personal gripes aside for a moment? You think I like FOTM classes, just because I play a hunter and have for the last 4 years? And when it came to choosing a class to twink, you think I chose a hunter because it was FOTM, and not because it was a class I play and understand the mechanics of?
You couldn't be more wrong, but sadly I will never convince you of that even if you did meet me, because your own prejudices will always get in the way. So please, stop derailing my thread and let someone who genuinely has some advice to give on the best gear for a level 29 hunter get a post in. If I ever decide to twink my warrior, I will come looking for you, until then, I wish you a good life.

What I do understand is your choice for something to play you like. It's still a game. True. But if you start ruining a bracket, by just hopping in, after you've done nothing for this bracket, then I do believe others will say you're not welcome, atleast not as a Hunter. The more Hunters there are, the sooner this bracket will die again. Believe me, I can tell. After 9 months of trying to get the bracket going on EU, wich was successfull btw, it died again. One of the reasons: too much FOTM on 1 side.
Play a Hunter if you want, don't think you'll be appreciated (since you want that, right?)
On topic btw: Here are some profiles you might like. Most gear is GF'd. If you really want to play a hunter, run around half naked or without enchants...
