US 29 challenge of the month

get rank 1 as any 2v2/3v3 comp without using fists of fury or keg smash in your team, for a minimum of 99% and no less of your total arenas played on your push.

1% margin for the minority w/ balls that can solo que rating grind up point from 0 rating to about high 1500-low 1800 doesn't rly matter as much to involve ww in this window/threshold, the low win gain / high loss reduction in arena ratings only really starts about 1950 but 1% margin is what makes this a challenge, unskilled players most likely won't be able to do this at all, and many have seen the huge increase of WW based comps, of all kinds, crutching around FoF.

BM issues have long been around & people r gonna play what they play, they won't be counted in the challenge due to the very specifically defined bm & ww exclusion..

as in not being a ww ezmode push to r1 (queing all games w/ ww to r1) particularly but bm is close behind with added horde racials to their kits (most have), making it simply not difficult to achieve r1 at all using this setup/class. The only difficulty in that is within monks ability to compete vs other WW comps in relatively lackluster matches.

still a fair few of good 29s/20s that can do this if they want to, and succeed. Will make a list of the players who did it after, if its possible and easily visibly provable (in many scenarios it is)

would enjoy seeing who can do this, im sure skilled twinks with already pre created 29s that fall into the categories of this w/ friends who also can team up with them to do so will want to out of just a fun friendly challenge excluding the things that are most pointless to bother even bringing into some type of r1 convo about whether its difficult or not to achieve as the various specs involved.

as many full geared 29 monk dps may know, 100% winrate is easy when you are a WW w/ heals or bm tauren or belf w/ heals & have no real things that u should be losing to, not that anyones utilizing those comps atm anyway... maybe we'll see some increase in warlock/heal hunter/rdruid mage/heal (cc chain wins) to counter it with CC resulting from this thread i hope.

Certain ppl with like 2000 arenas played MAY (tentative) sort've have to be auto-left out or make new toons to do it on, because theres no way to prove not playing WW matches for all your last push matches from 1900 to 2100-2200 or whatev range your individual class r1 is located at w/ outrageously excessive amounts of games played.

but yeah, not necessarily that this is anything that needs to be recorded, just a challenge to any and all of the players who consider themselves the best in the bracket or up there! lets have fun

reserved, may / may not delete this... trying to create an ideal plan for how to do this outlining players n relative to their own rank, their teammates ranks & shyt

i think no one is going to be achieving this without queing with a teammate that they continue to que with, or a few, but continually same teams/players nonetheless most likely with the current 29 population that I have known and seen while playing for the last many months.

Idc about what's queueing, I queue what I want. I play Hpal in 2's and still have fun with it. if you care so much about rating play endgame <3

tbh warriors r pretty OP @ 29

I already did it and I haven't queued since early feb. Did I win anything =)

you win a like on your post

ww got overly popular in the last like month to month and a half maybe even 3 months tho, not sure if you experienced a huge amount of them when you qued. Its fun times (not so much)

i have some screenshots of games vs you from before u stopped tho, so you need to get something at least for your achievements & zeal (not 1 and done after a loss like 99% of this bracket does to me when im w/ one of my proper healers & putting up fights if i remember right, games from that far back are fuzzy on details which is why i almost instinctively print screen )

I always enjoyed games no matter what. Back when I queue'd the only thing that was problematic for me was the disc/warr or disc/ww match ups. Regardless they were amazing games and I thank Jrmilk and Thatguy as well as Poonfist and Naughtynurse for those games. Double BM wasn't ever an issue for me iirc, but I still disagree with people playing it

They still play, played with them a few days ago. Much fun playing with them.
I know they're fantastic folks, Poonfist always asks me to play rsham/ww with him but our schedules rarely line up =(

If you have any shamans allyside, I'd queue Hpal / ele with you. Fun comp endgame so why not bring it to 20-29's :D.
Ah man, I won't be able to do that for awhile, I've been managing a Legacy Raiding Guild and hardly have time for anything else on the weekends which is really the only time I have to play. I've been leveling a resto druid to 29 and hopefully I can play a bit more with it. I havent played 29 rdru since WoD prepatch so it should be some fun
