2500 Cloak transmogged on 19 twink

I saw a 19 twink with the 2.5 cloak transmogged, is this still possible to do? and if so, how?

Both players go into the dungeon.

Cloak drops

Transmog Cloak to the new cloak.

Trade it.

- Cant be on same battlegroup

I have the cloak on my main (which is different bg group to my twink im making), can i do it myself? same account so maybe make group, then log over to main-run to dung, log off, log onto twink-run to dung etc if you get me?

Don't think so, I guess you could make the cloak eligible to trade by lagging your character out so they are both "online" during the boss fight, but still you'd have to trade yourself.
