Not necessarily that simple. As a ww monk I think a more balanced set rather than a classic glass-cannon rogue set would be overall more fitting. Maybe aim for monkey rings / bracers and try getting slightly more substain than a rogue would have, seeing monks don't have that same one-shot kit (including stealth). Apart from that, Nodokas advice seems good to me ☺ Good luck gearing!

IMO, you want to gear them like a combat rogue, more hit white attacks do a ton of damage.
