24 Prot Paladin Profession

I am just wondering what the best professions for a 24 twinked Prot Paladin are and why they are the best for it.

max mining is 7 stam if thats what you're stacking( you are a tank!). engi is nice for any twink if you ask me.
my paly is herb/skin because the plan was to go holy after i geared up, but i like prot too much.
try to get around 2k mana if you can. you WILL be healing while holding the flag.
