24 or 25 farmer?

I've read through many of the posts, but could someone give me a little clarity on why or why not to use a 24 or 25 farm toon?

24 pros
Mobs have a tiny bit weaker.
25 pros
Extra talent.

If you have a good 25 talent go 25, if not stay 24.

Druid, hunter, monk, warrior, mage, dh. Guardian and fury warr best solo, rest best in group.

Just make a hunter. It's the most effective farmer at lvl 25. Also farm with a group. Never solo.
