there is no hearthstone set point there, there is a hearthstone type toy that would have to been obtained by a higher level with 4 other players to get it

lorewalking mode (new to this years event) did not affect the scaling/scale down mobs, could not loot chests and other items

i was in SL time when i went there, mobs were skulls, i hearthed out to go into LW mode, there was no change

i looked up the hearthstone toy (secret discovered in DF), it does not port to zeren mortis

Isn't Pilgrim's Grace not far from where the port lets you off? I haven't looked this year, but I know for a fact I bound a toon's hearth there last year.

No idea what all you can do out in ZM as a 20, but at least setting your hearth and wandering around should be fully possible.
