20k Unbuffed on a 70 is it possible!?!

I'm thinking of making a 70 ally priest (human for sonic booster x2) and when I was making my draft on Chardev I decided I'd try to make the stats as realistic as possible seeing as chardev hasn't been updated I had to improvise changing enchants here and there to even out. So far ive used the spreadsheets here to get the values and I think I've found a way for 20k unbuffed on a 70, which is huge because with fort that's 22k which is huge seeing that 70s normally have under 20k in arenas. heres the link to the chardev: chardev 10 - Mist of Pandaria - BETA ..... I was wondering if anyone could check to see if im right and 20k is possible.
Notice: I used strange gems to fill in for the 3 dragon's eye I would use as well as the 1 18stam gem from tbc.
I also put stats on bracers to even out the cloak enchant which is +25

Could always go stam on bracers aswell.

I had to put stats there because the Cloak is +25 instead of the +10 it should be and bracers is +20 so 15 stam extra on cloak and 14 less on bracers almost cancels it out
