20 f2p twinks

Hey,
I was lvling through pvp and in the 20s bracket i had tons of fun, kinda wanna get back into twinking used to do 19s abit some time ago.
Was wondering if theres anything special to think about. Im gonna get a char to 20 on main acc then transfer to other account for f2p lvl 20 thingy.(if i understand correctly you can do this).

Would love some info if you got some to spare.

You can do worse than starting by reading the pinned threads and the guides in those threads to get an idea of what all is involved in the 20s bracket.
