EU+US 19s Gone 20?

Hello!

I returned after a couple months break and was wondering if 19s bracket is still active? I have asked a couple of players but they are all saying different things.

19s players moved to the 20 bracket beacuse of F2P system.

Twink players in general moved to a new twink private server.

19s players are still active.

If you guys would could clearify this a bit more i would appreciate it alot!

Also... a couple of other questions.

Do you need gold to fund in your twink?
Does it matter what server i am playing on?
What server is the most popular in EU? I heard Bleeding Hollow is pretty good.
Horde or Ally?

Bleeding Hollow is the most active US server, not EU.

Many 19s are still around. Most have left the game entirely, play end game, or different brackets.

20s are a good option because they are free, however with the WoW token system, the whole game is pretty much free.

Twinks do not require gold to make if you're only concerned about BGs. ilvl and weapon speed are the only stats that matter in instanced PvP. For world PvP, you'll still want enchants and armor sets.

What server you play on does not matter, but you may want a server with an active guild or other twinks around. You can just get invited by another play and be phased over to their server, so it doesnt matter too much.

Not sure if EU is lacking horde or ally.
