Kore posted a very nice 3.3.5 guide. This guide is not up to date for 4.0.1 however it will give you a general guideline of things you can improve on.

it doesnt really help me because form changes no longer require stacking any mana, and intellect and spell power got changed )

<3 thank you very much. im alliance and have boa but its the cloth but same exact stats. how viable are resto druids? i've gotten top heals in every game i play and i'm only half twinked. damn those rogues though how can i better prepare for them. what spec do you play as a druid? but again thanks for typing that out for meh. and bracers im in debate about 9 stamina or 15 spellpower yo. any thoughts?

I FC occaionally when the need arrises, but resto 4 lyf. I havent played in 6 weeks though cos my PC is still broken QQ
pre 4.0.1 i would have told you straight off the bat to put 5mp5 on your bracers, no doubt about it. However since i havent played the new BGs i cant really answer that so well. To help against rogues you will have to increase your resilience, stamina and armour. This will all reduce the amount that ambush hits for and if you survive it you have travel form, swiftmend and regrowth to keep you alive if they then skillstep you. Travelform and roots are your best defensive spells (apart from heals ofc) so use them liberally, they are your armour.
If you let me see your armoury i might be able to comment better.

Hes def not twinked enough for armory but will be close tonight. i love healing and im trying to make a difference in Alliance battlegrounds cause quite frankly 70% are played by 11 year olds, 5% are handicapped at wow no offense, and 20% are retarded rogues, and 5% are good.
and the new patch mana runs out quick but switching forms costs a max of 25 or something mana so i do it all the time. My laptop broke too so i got on a buddies computer and dragged his wow folder on to my ipod 30g i bought off my friend with a shattered screen ($15) and can plug and play anywhere even school!
My 80 fury warrior is melee, my level 1 twink is melee. I hate looking at casting bars lol so i dont use roots as much as i should but thanks for the extra info
