19 Protection Paladin gear set.. Patch 4.0

Hey guys ive been looking thru some of my old gear..

This is the best combination of gear ive found so far. Witch will give you high amount of Stamina, Spell dmg and Ap

This is what i came up with..



Gear set.

Head: Lucky Fishing Hat

Neck: Scout's Medallion

Shoulders: Polished Spaulders of Valor

Cloak: Tumultuous Cloak (of the bear)

Chest: Blackened Defias Armor

Wrist: Cavedweller Bracers

Gloves: Jutebraid Gloves

Belt: Girdle of the Blindwatcher

Legs: Mighty Chain Pants

Boots: Silver-linked Footguards

Weapon: Shadowfang

Shield: Redbeard Crest

Ring1: Legionnaire's Band

Ring2: Seal of Sylvanas

Trinket1: Arena Grand Master

Trinket2: Inherited Insignia of the Horde



Enchants.

Cloak: Enchant Cloak - Superior Defense

Chest: Enchant Chest - Greater Stats

Wrist: Enchant Bracer - Superior Strength

Gloves: Enchant Gloves - Greater Strength

Boots: Scroll of Enchant Boots - Minor Speed

weapon: Enchant Weapon - Strength

Shield: Enchant Shield - Greater Stamina

I didnt find any pally twink set updates after 4.0. So i hope you enjoyed mine :)
 
What is this a hybrid DPS/Heal set? Honestly this isn't a great set.
 
Tell me how this isnt great you do hell lots of spell dmg high melee dmg and very nice word of glory heals :)
 
Firstly, it's not hit capped. Secondly why wouldn't you use the BoA chest? Thirdly I think if you want to just kill stuff fast going full dps is going to do a better job of it, I could be wrong who knows?
 
well i just thought since you got so meany new spell i mean avengers shield exorcism etc youll need higher spell dmg and you have 6% hit with spell so your spells are hit capped



and i can kill warlocks with 1400 hp before they even get to cast :b



i dont use boa chest cus i like the stamina over the extra str. and i picked out some more int gear cuz i dont like going oom and ive tried that

because Judgements of the Wise dont help you out much in lifeblood Hoj Exorcism spam (witch sure is a great burst) ;)



Correct me if im wrong but every single player have hes own play style ^^

i i think your wondering why i use the cloth gloves its because over thorbias. youll get 6 sta 6 int and with 7 str enchant you only use 1 str :)





id like to see how you gear could you send a link to armory or something

Your two main nukes as a prot paladin are going to be Avenger's shield + judgment or exorcism and then Exo spam while your target is stunned, I don't think shadowfang is the best for a prot warrior because it doesn't really help either one of these abilities. The weapon enchant should be crusader. When crusader procs hit them with an AS then go into your exorcism spam.



Don't forget 60% of STR gets converted into spell power for prot pallies



I also am trying out the BOA mace with 39 spellpower enchanted with crusader for prot pally set, it could be good.
