As of patch 3.3, you can get a sick healer cloak and belt from the satchel you get when you do a random dungeon with the new LFG system.



Enumerated Wrap (of the Sorcerer) has 5 stam/5 int/6 spell power

Tumultuous Cloak (of the Sorcerer) has 4 stam/4 int/4 spell power



In my opinion, both of these are best in slot for a 19 priest twink
