19 Enhancement Shamans

I'm curious as to what the more hardcore 19ers think the usefulness of a 19 enh shaman could be, post patch. I mostly dick around in 24 and 10-14 with my twinks, but i heard that enhance got a relatively large buff because of how few specilization specific talents they were offered. Was seeing if anyone who plays, has played, or has seen enhancement shamans or who knows the bracket, as a whole, could provided some insight.

Doesn't seem like they have much going for them besides instant Ghost Wolf. Their damage is awful atm and they don't have any CC.
