19 dead on EU?

So i have some 29 twinks but really wanna go back to 19 but all the armory lists are bleeding hollow US >_< is there no 19 guilds on EU, horde or ally and also is it worth rolling 19 or is it dead i just wanna play something other than 29 which is busy so maybe another bracket is, please help out!

We mostly have a few games between 17.00 and 19.00, but not alot.

It's not dead. There are guilds. The armory list is just crap and doesn't include many EU players

90-99 is the second most active bracket

No EU 19 is not dead you can always come join Twinle Twinkle on Wildhammer or Thunderhorn it's a small guild but we are there and i look forward to seeing you in BGS

The servers that are most active atm in the 19 bracket is Draenor, Aggramar/Hellscream
The guilds on Draenor I know about is: Tough Love, Better Luck Next Time, for the BOYS, Project Nineteen on horde.
Ally side on Draenor: Is Against All Odds, Midfield Mayhem, Twink Univers Dot Com, for the BOYS used to be alliance not sure if everyone went horde.

Aggramar/Hellscream guilds I know about is: Defectum and Same Score Different Day, both horde side.

There´s also a 19 guild on Bronze Dragonflight called Noble Ones. Not sure how active it´s anymore though.

There is - Grims Gang Sylvanas 100 + members. Mainly 19-20-29 twinks.
