i wouldn't bother with 16 personally, roughly same amount of crit as 19 and 10 % haste nothing to write home about.

However is its just for fun then maybe wild riders gloves, caster boa cape, BoA cloth helm and + 5 hit to boots.

Only one thing i can say, it is a shame you rolled 16. automatically puts you at a disadvantage. You had the defias gloves and the boa items so what was the benefit of going 16? Windsheer will help you for one cast in every 5, and you lose a high amount of haste and crit. my honest opinion would be to reroll and go 15 as that is where the stat scaling is best.
